The Jmol system includes a wide variety of controls that can be user programmed. Here are several individual Radio buttons that set the atom size and bond thickness using the “cpk” and “wireframe” commands. (For example the command “cpk 15%” sets the atom size to 15% of the van der Waals' radius):
